For his first book, Robert Kowalski outdid himself with "Jaycee: A Heroine's Journey." Mr. Kowalski has such a way with words that it feels like he is whispering to you as you read. Words can't express how much this book has changed my beliefs. The plot alone where Jesus comes back as a woman is enough to make me change my perception of my faith.
I had my struggles when I met an accident a few years back. It wasn't on the physical aspect, but even on material things, we hold dear as precious and significant.
But then Jaycee offered us the realization that taking broken things as they are doesn't diminish their value. It's up to us how we embrace changes, for better or worse.
I am reading this book again. I'm glad I found it!
"one of my favorite books, and I am recommending it to my friends and family. I could not get enough of it..."
"As for me, perhaps God is telling everyone that church is in each of us, and it is not a concrete place crowded only on Sundays. It is the person we see in the cafeteria, the one who sits next to us on the bus or train, or someone who served our hot coffee in our favorite café
"a message that is perfect for the world..."
"exquisitely written, and I could not find any fault in it. Everything was perfect..."
"I have been looking for books to recommend to our book club, and luckily, I happen to find my way to.. Jaycee... I would recommend this book for our book club"
